The Bridging the Gap initiative aims to enrich the education of our members as well as providing a layered level of learning for mentorship between high school students, pre-pharmacy students, SNPhA members, and National Pharmaceutical Association (NPhA) members.

Chapter Achievement Partners (CAPs) foster collaboration, professional development, and interchapter engagement across SNPhA. By facilitating connections between chapters and organizing interprofessional events, CAPs promote the exchange of ideas and strengthen teamwork among future healthcare professionals. These efforts help build a unified network committed to health equity, leadership, and community service.

Hi, my name is Aditya and I am a P3 student serving as one of the CAPS coordinators for SNPhA this year. Some of the hobbies I enjoy include indoor rock climbing, kayaking, and biking. The reason I joined SNPhA was that I found the mission of serving the underserved very impactful and a good way to be involved in the community. The analytical aspects of pharmacy practice, such as optimizing drug therapy, initially drew me to the profession and continue to pique my interest today.

Fun Fact: One fun fact about me is that I have lived in 3 different countries.

Hi my name is Alex, I am an upcoming P2. This year I will be serving as a CAPS coordinator. I joined SNPHA because I was intrigued by the outreach this organization has to the many professions in the pharmacy field. I hope to make a lasting impact to the people I serve and help grow this organization.

Fun Fact: I like to travel.
