Hung Nguyen

Vice-President

My name is Hung Nguyen and I am a P3 student at UHCOP. One of my biggest interests in life is photography and I like to document genuine human moments. Over the last couple of years, I have had many unique opportunities to document a number of different humanitarian organizations on and off campus. One of which that has became near and dear to me is UHSNPhA.

Serving as the VP of UHSNPhA this year, one of my main objectives is to continue maintaining the recognition that UHSNPhA has nationally. I look forward to promote the wonderful work the UHSNPhA team has planned for this upcoming year and the opportunities that will be available for its members.

Why did you choose SNPhA? UHSNPhA has always been known for its excellence and innovative energy. I was first exposed to UHSNPhA as a P1 student. During its first initiative meeting, I was completely blown away by the amount of passion everyone had for serving others. They constantly tried to explore new ways to improve the quality of life of people in the minority communities. From hosting health fairs and educational events that impact hundreds of people, to setting up seminars that teach students about different disease states, UHSNPhA presents a virtually limitless amount of opportunities to not only learn from others, but also teach and serve others.
