Fun Fact: My grandmother, a retired nurse, inspired my decision to pursue a career in pharmacy.

Hi everyone! My name is Cecil Anunobi, and I’m excited to serve as SNPhA’s Operation Immunization Chair this year! I joined SNPhA because I really connected with its mission of serving underserved communities and creating opportunities to make a difference beyond the classroom. I was drawn to pharmacy because I love how pharmacists can build relationships with patients while also being such an accessible part of their healthcare team. In my role, I’m especially excited to create more opportunities for vaccine education, outreach, and getting our members involved in the community.
