Health Fairs in April

Over the weekend, SNPhA participated in three health fairs at Health Fest Houston at Discovery Green, Navarro Middle School and Bear Creek Mosque with IPSA. Smoking Cessation, Power To End Stroke, and Community Outreach all came out to educate members on stroke prevention, smoking effects and proper diet and nutrition. Members screened for blood glucose levels and high blood pressure as well! Thanks all who came out and participated! #Region4YouCantIgnore #UHSNPhA #SNPhAConnects #ConnectingthePIECES
