IMMUNIZATIONS

Immunizations: New Mount Church Flu vaccine awareness clinic

When: October 29, 2011 10am-3pm (two hour shifts)

Where: 9210 Kelburn Street

Houston, Tx. 77016

We will be having our flu vaccine awareness clinic at the annual fall festival/health fair conducted by New Mount Church.  We need your help with answering questions and handing out brochures/child vaccine schedules for the health fair participants.
