TARGET 2nd ANNUAL HEALTH FAIR
"THE POWER TO STIR UP, MOTIVATE, & ENCOURAGE CHANGE"
Lilly Grove Health Fair
When: Saturday, April 21 @ 9AM-2PM
Where: Lilly Grove Missionary Baptist Church
SNPhA is organizing a community-wide health fair sponsored by Target on April 21 from 9AM to 2PM. The location will be at Lilly Grove Missionary Baptist Church (Wendell Neal Memorial Family Life Center) (3505 Alice St, Houston, TX 77021). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in blood pressure readings, glucose screenings, and to get involved with adult population in Houston. No prior experience is needed to be a part of this health fair.
This is a perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a lasting impact in the community.
To make this a successful event, we need volunteers on the day of health fair, and volunteers for the 3 committees involved with planning. The committees are Community Outreach, Advertising/Marketing, and Donations.
