SNPhA visits Omega House

SNPhA visited Omega House during the winter break. The patients include diverse groups of individuals from different backgrounds. Members helped the hospice with cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes, helping with the laundry, cooking and serving the patients. Members also sat with the patient to discuss the information on our trifold and pamphlet to educate them on medications that are on the pamphlets, and most of them recognized the medications that they took. During the stay SNPha provided support and listened to patient's worries. Some patients were bedridden so SNPhA members helped the nurse clean them and feed them.
